Ferries
All ferries within the PIT system, which connect the bicycle routes A 1 and A 2 along Vltava, do carry bikes free of charge.
Since 1 April 2010, the year-round ferries no. P1 (Sedlec - Zámky) and P2 (V Podbabě - Podhoří) will be supplemented by another four seasonal ferries (P3: Lihovar - Veslařský ostrov, P4: Dětský ostrov /island/ – Národní divadlo /National theatre/-Hollar, P5: Císařská louka /meadow/ – Jiráskovo náměstí /square/, P6: Lahovičky – Nádraží Modřany /station/). This year’s news is that out of those, only one ferry (P4) will stop operating in the autumn. Also, throughout the season the capacity of the ferry line no P2 will be strengthened by operation of the second ferry-boat.

Trains
All trains within the PIT provide for the transport of bicycles. Transport of a higher number of bicycles is enabled in trains with electric locomotives or with wagons specially designed for the transport of bicycles. The transport of bicycles in trains is subject to payment of a fee (basic rate is 25 CZK for each train).
A special cycle-train operates on weekends and holidays from 27 March until 31 October 2010 in the route „Praha Masaryk station – Praha-Dejvice – Hostivice – Středokluky – Podlešín – Slaný“. The two train sets are the only passenger trains, which run through the Okoř rail in „Hostivice – Středokluky“ section. The bicycles should be preferably transported in the second wagon, which has special bike rags and less places to sit.

The cycle-bus has 25 strap holders specifically designed to hold bicycles.
The cycle-bus uses the regular PIT tariff rates. The transport of a bicycle is subject to a 26 CZK fee regardless the distance but a 50% discount is possible when you show a railway ticket to Dobřichovice

Trams
After the testing operation (since 1 September 2009) bicycles are not completely excluded from carriage in trams. As of 1 January 2010, PIT Binding Transport Rules enable bicycles to be carried in low-floor trams. This means that you can carry bicycle on all sections and in both directions where these trams run provided you comply with other transport requirements (eg. buying a ticket etc). However, the carriage of bicycles is not allowed on workdays from 6 AM till 8 PM.
